About KUFA
KUFA means Kolhapur United Football Association.
KUFA is a organisation which is working to develop the game of Football to the INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS from the Grass root Level in KOLHAPUR region.
To Contribute to the development of INDIAN Football , KUFA is working very hard and has been conducting various events to brought the young Talent of the Nation in the limelight.
Kolhapur United Football Association (KUFA), Kolhapur has come into existence with aim to work for promoting upcoming football players, developing their performance and thereby improving the quality of the ‘Football’ in the region of Kolhapur.
In India, there are few States famous for Football like BENGAL, GOA, KERALA, PUNJAB, AASAM, MANIPUR, MAHARASTRA etc.
In Maharashtra, there are very few cities famous for football. One of them is KOLHAPUR.
In Kolhapur, ‘Football’ is the main sports played everywhere. ’Football’ is passion of Every Kolhapuri.
There are more than 100 football teams registered in Kolhapur.Apart from this, there are many teams and players in all parts of the city. In fact, People of Kolhapur are die-hard fans of football and to watch the local football match they gather in thousands of numbers.
Kolhapur has got many talent football players who need to be trained properly. For this reason, KUFA is established. Our main aim is to develop the game of the city to international standards and create International players in Kolhapur.
